    SUMMARY: The Treasury Solutions Operations Manager supervises the treasury solutions operations staff and provides day-to-day oversight and management of the Treasury Solutions Support team in addition to providing support for the Treasury Sales team while adhering to regulatory requirements and policies. Assists the Vice President, Loan Operations and Vice President, Commercial Treasury Solutions, as needed.

    Manages, develops and implements updated processes and procedure for Treasury Solutions, and maintains all written procedures for key department functions. 

    Manages day to day activities with team to ensure proper daily coverage is achieved to ensure highest level of customer service, accuracy and timeliness. 

    Maintains direct customer contact to ensure customer experience is elevated. 

    Develops and monitors key performance metrics to measure success and accountability of customer experience (reviewed monthly with management team). 

    Ensures all responsibilities have one primary and one back up to act as a treasury subject matter expert. 

    Provides subject matter expertise for all Treasury services; responds to and resolves any escalated customer and relationship manager concerns. 

    Ensures IT, Operations and Sales team for Treasury are in alignment by working closely with the VP Commercial Treasury Solutions and VP Loan Operations. 

    Performs regular training sessions on upcoming regulations, system changes, and helpful hints; as well as, regular staff meetings to ensure all are updated on any significant procedures or issues. 

    Keeps abreast of all Treasury Management activities in the marketplace to ensure the Bank’s programs maintain a competitive edge in the market and comply with current regulations. 

    Works closely with the Product and Implementation Manager as new services are rolled out and new functionality becomes available. 

    Provides guidance and training for systems and products to Treasury Operations, Product and Sales team; and trains customers on new product functionality and/or trains customers that are new to Treasury services. 

    Monitors the day to day activities of the Treasury Operations and Support team; compliance; workflow; achievement of agreed-upon SLAs; accountability for team performance; monitoring and rush requests; and any relevant reports.

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or its equivalent is required. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in a business related major is preferred. Previous treasury/cash management experience required. Previous management experience with measurable success in team and process development is required. 

    OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Position requires a functional knowledge of Treasury Management. Ability to effectively utilize software tools, and communicate with branch personnel, loan officers, department managers and senior management. Must have a personal organizational style that is results-oriented along with the ability to communicate expectations to a range of employees, customers, and other external resources.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Takes customers' engineering requests for special truss designs.
    • Assists customers in entering truss designs in their computers and answering engineering questions.
    • Checks customers' truss design drawings for structural accuracy, and informs the customer when there are changes required.
    • Designs the special engineering and repair details requested by the component manufacturer.
    • Sends the truss designs and repair details to the Professional Engineers for final review and approval.
    • Fill in for other truss engineers as required.
    • Performs other duties and projects requested by the Chief Engineer and the Engineering Manager as required.
    • Attendance at work during the regularly scheduled shift is an essential duty. This includes, but is not limited to the ability to be present at work, arrive on time and be at the work station ready for work at the start of the shift.
