     ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

    JOB SUMMARY Our company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to help with the daily tasks in the office for a part time position. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Waiting and cashing out parts customers
    • Filing parts invoices and service repair orders in the filing cabinets
    • Creating sales receipts for down payments on the purchase of a new vehicle
    • Closing duties i.e. collecting all payments collected for parts and service and making sure they match up with invoices
    • Respond to questions and requests for information
    • Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed

     

    Job Type: Part-time

    Salary: $8.00 to $10.00 /hour
