ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
JOB SUMMARY
Our company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to help with the daily tasks in the office for a part time position. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Waiting and cashing out parts customers
- Filing parts invoices and service repair orders in the filing cabinets
- Creating sales receipts for down payments on the purchase of a new vehicle
- Closing duties i.e. collecting all payments collected for parts and service and making sure they match up with invoices
- Respond to questions and requests for information
- Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $8.00 to $10.00 /hour

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Exceptional communication skills
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
