A Merchant Services Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our merchant program. They will have responsibilities providing support, product testing, and boarding new customers. This employee will work hand in hand with our Treasury Management Relationship team to ensure the best experience is given to our prospective merchants. In this role, they will be responsible for analyzing data trends across our merchant portfolio to assist upper management with portfolio level pricing and setup decisions. This person must be willing to act quickly in a competitive payments industry. Must have a strong passion for merchant services, serving others, and working in a team environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

1. Represent the bank in a professional manner while providing prompt, efficient, and accurate service
2. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and pay close attention to detail
3. Serve as first line of support to analyze and resolve all issues that come up
4. Input new customer information into online application portal
5. Achieve objectives by communicating job expectations, providing training opportunities, and evaluating performance of staff
6. Maintain a positive attitude for problem solving and troubleshooting hardware, software, or communication issues
7. Be involved in implementing and delivering new features through our supported products
8. Participate in ongoing product and service training sessions as assigned by manager
9. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by engaging in relevant continuing education
10. Willing to travel as required
11. Be on call for certain duties as necessary
