    MiTek® USA Inc., a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, Inc. is seeking an AUTOMATED SOFTWARE TESTER for a permanent position in Greenwood Village, Colorado. 

     

    REQUIRED SKILLS: The right candidate will have a degree in computer science or a relevant field, and 2-3 years' worth of automated testing experience. You should have knowledge of automated testing tools, especially Robot Framework for UI testing or Selenium. Finally, you should know how to write SQL scripts and be able to program in Python. Although not required, being able to understand Finnish would be nice.

    JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS)

    • 3-4 years’ product management and or in-house sales experience with the ability to work between Ag Operations and Sales
    • Have the knowledge and or experience to work with but not limited to finance, supply chain, marketing, production operations, production planning, and sourcing
    • Skill sets required for the position: strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, strong analysis skills, decision making skills, knowledge and ability to use basic software programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, Cognos, BI tools; extensive knowledge of the commodity markets and how they work
    • Understanding of integrated account management and basic qualitative and quantitative consumer needs analysis, understanding of an account P&L
    • Bi-Lingual – English/Spanish
    • Computer Programming experience a plus

    EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

    • Customer Relations – ability to speak with customers about sourcing and markets within the commodities managed
    • Grower Relations – ability to interact with growers on as need basis
    • Outside Competitors – experience in the procurement of materials and product to cover Dole’s grower and/or customer needs

    INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

    • Sales Leadership – allows for business planning and accurate forecasting
    • Finance – discussions that support the revenue forecasts and allowance management
    • Marketing – working with this group on new item and forecasts
    • Category Development – working collaboratively to understand the influence of distribution and promotions on the various forecasts
    • Production Planners – this interaction ensures appropriate production of products
    • AG Operations – communication of sales needs and understanding source supply
    • Supply Chain – communication of supply chain challenges on a moment’s notice
    • Quality Control – allows for field communications of issues or execution of recall procedures

     

    EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION

    • Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree in Agriculture or Business Management/Sales or a minimum of 3-4 years related experience
