Reporting to the Site Systems Lead – Supply this entry level role provides operational support to ensure that the trading uptime of Z’s trading sites, supply sites, and digital channels is maximised. You’ll support the delivery of a range of projects across the Digital and Site Systems portfolio that enhance the wider Z and Customer Experience.
Working within the digital delivery framework this role contributes to the development of software, systems, and processes to drive the digital maturity of Z. You’ll analyse existing systems, data, and processes to find areas for improvement and assist all channel areas e.g. Supply, Retail Site, Truckstops, Airstops.
This role also supports our internal and external helpdesks with complex-issue diagnosis and support, assists Test Lab configuration and setup, troubleshoots across Z internal integration points, develops a working knowledge of the user and technical Site System platforms and provides project assistance to the Site System Delivery program.
With a relevant diploma, trade degree, or tertiary qualification you’ll be digitally savvy with an interest and aptitude in digital technologies, such as integrated systems, retail systems, automation systems.
Ideally, you’ll also have experience with Windows environments, Microsoft SQL server, integration, reporting and networking and will have strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities to support sound decision making.
Down to earth with great people skills you know that success involves bringing others on the journey with you and you enjoy bridging the gap between the technical and business world to manage and design services that our customers will love.
Occasional domestic travel to trading sites and vendor locations may be required.
