The Software Client Engagement Manager fulfills the needs generated by our continued growth. In this role, the Client Engagement Manager is responsible for building and managing relationships with clients, learning and understanding their needs, and overseeing project execution from start through finish, with the support of our client services facilitation team. The Engagement manager is assigned a development target for existing and new accounts.

    • A Client Engagement Manager with MiTek Home Builder Solutions division has the following job responsibilities:
    • Routinely schedule and conduct meetings with both employees and builder clients to find solutions to conflicts and strengthen partnerships
    • Take a consultative approach to inquire as to the relationship health, discover issues and plan courses of action
    • Communicate with customers via telephone, web meetings, video conferencing, trade shows, industry events and MiTek company sponsored events, with the purpose of gathering notes, details, contacts and the overall status of the relationship between the builder and MiTek
    • Travel, both domestic an internationally, as required to meet the goals and objectives of the position
    • Act as Brand Ambassador at industry events
    • Be vigilant and proactive at entering notes, details and data in MiTek systems to other team members can see related data pursuant to their own roles and responsibilities
    • Engage in team meetings as thought leader, strategic thinker and problem solver for MiTek internal initiatives
    • Take leadership on projects assigned to you by the Executive Director of Client Engagement to uncover, and then overcome, challenges to finding solutions for builder clients
    • Be able to manage multiple projects, relationships, discussions and action items at any one time
    • Act as customer advocate, ombudsman, resource and liaison between builder clients and fellow team members in the Home Builder Solutions division of MiTek USA
    • Seek reconciliation and cohesion among team members at all levels internally and externally with all customers
    • Be able to communicate, verbally and in writing, with polish, courtesy, respect and professionalism, to all constituents, internally and externally
    • Be able to work routinely and adeptly in and on Microsoft platforms such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other systems and technology, with training, as may be used in the course of the position
    • Develop and implement process and procedures to improve operational efficiency
    • Oversee cross functional work areas targeted to resolve issues raised by customers
    • Develop, track and report on key performance measurements for the department, team or division
    • Seek innovative and effective ways to help lift and improve the relationship status of all customers
    • Be able to maintain flexibility in a rapidly changing environment
    • Work well in teams and team environments that are geographically disparate
