    This employee reports to the General Superintendent and oversees all aspects of Grading and preparation for Paving Driveways, Parking lots, and Roads.

    Required Skills

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

     

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

     

    • Record daily progress in a foreman log
    • Set Grade, Figure out quantities
    • Maintain project schedule and milestones.
    • Ability to manage a team of 2-5 people and train new employees.
    • Identify potential problems in advance.
    • Work closely with project owners, inspectors and quality control personnel.
    • Electronically communicate with home office and project owners.
    • Take and Follow directions
    • Must be able to read and interpret plans for various projects.
    • Must have basic computer skills.
    • Willing to travel.  
    • Operate Blade ,Loader, Skid steer, and Roller

    Required Experience

     

    •   3 to 5 years of related experience.
