    The Compensation Analyst position helps to develop compensation strategies and policies to meet business needs. The role will be responsible for planning, administering and reviewing activities focused on compensation plans/programs, eligibility and compliance. This position works to improve job descriptions and submit regular compensation surveys as well as review proposed salary adjustments to ensure conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices. This position will recommend corrective actions to resolve compensation related problems and review requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment. Also includes formulating recommendations on development of company salary structure, FLSA exemptions and job revisions and reviewing existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommend appropriate courses of action.

    Required Experience

    Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

    Experience: 3-5 years required. Demonstrated understanding of global compensation regulations.
