    POSITION SUMMARY

    Mia Aesthetics is looking for Recruiter with prior experience in sourcing for candidates in the healthcare industry. Work Schedule is in office M-F. 

    The ideal candidate will have experience creating/implementing a recruiting strategy for a medium size organization. This is a full-time, salaried position. Candidate will report to and partner with the Director Human Resources. Candidate must have prior recruiting experience.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Creates and implements recruiting strategy by business unit and clinic locations
    • Uses existing and new recruiting channels to help identify top talent within budget
    • Actively and creatively sources and recruits for clinical and support roles
    • Engages in full cycle recruiting efforts from phone screens to hire
    • Effectively partners with leaders at all levels to identify talent needs and understands how to best support their efforts
    • Continously networks with universities, technical schools, and professional organizations to build partnerships that will connect us to top talent
    • Other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

    • Proficient on Mac and Google Suite
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environment
    • Proactive, highly organized and detailed oriented
    • Bachelor's degree in business management, human resources management or similar
