Mia Bella Pediatrics is seeking to add an additional pediatrician to join its well-established, growing, and innovative private pediatric practice in Mission Viejo, CA. We are a small, “old-fashion” office that embraces the concept of inclusive care, a medical model which encompasses in-house, comprehensive, advanced primary care for concussions, sports injuries and prevention, developmental delays, learning differences, mental health, nutrition, and breastfeeding support, along with co-located behavioral health Psychologists, Neuropsychologists, and Lactation Consultants. At the same time we are also a high tech, forward-thinking, and efficient practice that is completely paperless, utilizing an integrated, pediatric-specific EMR, telemedicine platform, patient portal, and website to optimize the care of our patients as well communicate electronically with patients and pediatric specialists. Most importantly, we love what we do, while also valuing family, free-time, flexible schedules, and our wonderful, dedicated staff.

Position information:

• BC/BE, CA licensed Pediatrician to join private, physician-owned practice
• Full-time or part-time position with flexible schedule
• Office hours 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday
• Round on newborns once a week at Saddleback Memorial Medical Center and/or Mission Hospital (average 1 baby/day, 10-15 new babies/month)
• Physician shares in very light after-hours call 1:4
