Job Summary We are seeking a positive, friendly Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to our residents. The Front Desk Agent will provide customer service expertise for our residential communities. Responsibilities also include maintaining communication with housekeeping, maintenance & security staff to coordinate guests and residential assistance at all times, answering guest inquiries, and completing data entry promptly and accurately. The Front Desk Agent must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to stay positive even when faced with challenging situations. Your goal is to provide residents & guests with an exceptional customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
Monitor the maintain knowledge of condo operations and activities.
Take reservations and answer questions via phone, email, and in-person for resident amenity usage.
Build rapport with guests and identify their needs through friendly conversation and open-ended questions.
Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.
Maintain the safety of residents with guest screenings for residents.
Qualifications:
Friendly and outgoing personality
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Computer literacy
Able to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation
