Miami Vice Mobile is Miami’s 1st mobile smoke shop and convenience store. Since Miami Vice Mobile hit the streets of Miami, it has not stopped. With its flashy lights, thumping music, blazing smoke and exciting products; Miami Vice Mobile is a party on wheels. Our vans operate through the busy streets of Wynwood, Brickell & Downtown Miami bringing the convenience of party needs and essentials to the party people in Miami.

Our exciting work environment provides our staff the opportunity to have fun while providing an extraordinary sales experience for our customers. Since we are the first to have a smoke shop on wheels, our customers become enthusiastic when they see us passing by. We are looking for experienced sales associates that are eager to engage with every person that walks by our van. It is vital to this position to be outgoing, energetic and friendly. 

As our team and company grows rapidly, we are looking for talented individuals who are looking to grow in this industry and with our company. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are eager to learn, be educated and become knowledgeable in our store products and sales techniques.    

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

AS A SALES ASSOCIATE WITH MIAMI VICE MOBILE, YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: 

• Providing an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return. They'll be impressed by your product knowledge and customer experience skills.

• Acknowledge and assist customers; locate merchandise efficiently using various methods; answer questions quickly and accurately

• Sell the appropriate products and offer the appropriate recommendations based on the customers needs 

• Promote products that will enhance the customers experience by providing them with the product knowledge and field expertise needed to enhance their purchasing experience. 

• Engage with customers to encourage sales. 

• Engage with bystanders and encourage them to come check out the van and learn about what we have to offer. 

• Flexible with different sales settings given that we will participate in different types of events all across the state.

SCHEDULE

Since we cater to the party scene and nightlife, our vans operate primarily evenings, late nights and weekends.

• Must be able to work late night (until 3am)

• Must be able to work day shifts 

• Must be able to work weekends 

• Must be able to work holidays

 QUALIFICATION

• Must be 21 + years old

• High School diploma or equivalent 

• English & Spanish speaking required 

• At least 2 years of Sales Experience or 

• At least 1 year of customer service or smoke shop experience

• Valid Driver’s License (Preferred)

ABILITY TO COMMUTE/RELOCATE

• Ability to commute to Brickell, Wynwood and Kendall

• Travel may be required for festivals/special events

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS

• As a sales associate you will be working out of our Miami Vice Mobile vans unless you are scheduled to work an event.

 COMPENSATION

• Hourly - Pays $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
