    Job Summary:

    The Catering Coordinator at Mia’s Table is a dynamic role responsible for leading and overseeing the catering operations across all six locations. This position entails coordinating with the catering teams to ensure exceptional service delivery, fostering business growth, and cultivating community relations through grassroots initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities of Catering Coordinator:

    · Lead and train catering teams across all locations, ensuring high-quality service standards and performance consistency.

    · Develop innovative strategies to grow the catering business, including marketing initiatives.

    · Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

    · Collaborate with the executive team to set financial targets and manage budgets to maximize profitability.

    · Manage logistics, including scheduling, equipment needs, and transportation, to ensure seamless event execution.

    · Enforce health and safety protocols to comply with regulations and maintain exemplary hygiene standards.

    · Analyze market trends and competitor activity to recommend improvements and adaptations in services.

    · Act as the face of Mia’s Table catering at community events, engaging in grassroots marketing to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

    Qualifications:

    · Proven experience in catering or a similar role within the hospitality industry.

    · Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams.

    · Strong business acumen with a track record of growing catering or related businesses.

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.

    · Organizational prowess with the capability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.

    · Deep understanding of food safety regulations and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

    · Willing to travel
