Mic Drop Comedy, San Diego's newest comedy club is looking for a talented and motivated kitchen staff. Our venue and menu can be summed up as "Alice and Wonderland meets Cheech and Chong"! Although our food is primarily sandwiches, we expect you to have creative qualities and be able to wow guests with your food presentation and flavors. Cooks should be hospitality-minded, enthusiastic, have a passion for food, and enjoy working in a team environment. A minimum of two years of recent experience in HIGH VOLUME kitchens is a necessity for our line cook positions. We are looking for PM cooks with possible AM prep shifts available. Dishwasher must display an eye for detail and a bring respectful attitude to every shift. We are looking for PM dishwashers and weekend availability is a must. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. This is an entry level position, but we pride ourselves on promoting from within.
