Technical Skills:

‎ • • Perform technical analysis to support the enhancements of various critical applications such as Onboard, Research, M2 etc. in digital channel technology ‎ • Provide advice and business consultancy on solution design options, impacts of modifications on the existing system and how to establish and operate related aspects of their business ‎ • Work with the Product Management teams to understand customer performance expectations and to set testing criteria to meet or achieve these standards as future versions are released ‎ • Review business requirements for technical feasibility and logical defects ‎ • Recommend changes on project design concepts to improve efficiency ‎ • Verify stability, interoperability, portability, security and scalability of Wells Web applications ‎ • Create the optimum technical solution in the context of Wells' environment, requirements and applications ‎ • Design and develop the high level architecture and detail design for Wells complex requirements for Web applications ‎ • Ensure that all architectural designs are based on Wells business requirements and industry best practices ‎ • Research and analyze new technologies for use in Wells environment ‎ • Provide suggestions for improvement in Development or Testing practices to lead to increased performance of the suite ‎• Provide technical oversight and perform code reviews for multiple development efforts
