**ROLE DESCRIPTION:
** As a Marketing Representative with Mike Dahl State Farm, you are vital to achieving our agency vision of helping people protect and take control of their dreams. You grow our agency footprint by interacting with potential new and current customers having warm and inviting conversations expressing the value of working with the #1 insurance company in the nation. From alongside the agent and other team members, you create smooth operations to assist people in protecting their individual needs through insurance products and financial services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Ensure the office is well-maintained, and continuously equipped to successfully meet customer needs and to market relevant products.
