RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Ability to set goals for you and your team and execute a plan to achieve them
- Strong leadership skills; enjoys coaching/mentoring as well as learning
- Motivation to work hard and take risks to achieve financial success
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven successful managerial background
- Minimum $50K in investable assets
- Property & Casualty, Life and Health licenses are required prior to agent appointment. Complete training and milestones
