CLIENT DETAILS

Working alongside the Director of Development, you will be responsible for identifying and managing development opportunities in the Greater Nashville area.

DESCRIPTION

As the Development Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the Director with the entitlement work
• Front end management of design teams
• Running financial models / proformas
• Identifying and managing development opportunities throughout the Greater Nashville area for the entire life-cycle

PROFILE

Candidate applying must have the following:

• A 4-year Construction/Real Estate related Degree
• Masters in Real Estate, ideally from a recognized Real Estate school
• Be highly analytical
• Have a passion for Development and an associated work ethic
• Be articulate and able to present in front of key contacts
