Michael’s English Muffins is a popular favorite breakfast spot in the Raleigh community serving fresh homemade artisanal English muffins, unlike anything you have ever tried before. Our English Muffins go through a 12-24 hour process where every gram that goes into the batch matters, including the long man-hours they take to prepare. It is a true labor of love and you can taste the difference. 

The ideal applicant is skilled at maintaining calm, values teamwork, and works well with others. Your energy is high and your potential for growth is considerable.

Position:

• AM Bakery Assistant

Compensation:

• $9-10 hourly + tips ($420-460 weekly) based on experience (paid weekly) Annual bonus pay
• Bonus structure based on 6-month review 
• Pay increases based on 6-month review

Expertise sought:

• 1-2 years previous experience in an upscale casual bakery or restaurant
• Fundamental baking skills
• Ordering & receiving, inventory
• Food safety knowledge
