Responsibilities: • Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team • Create sales reports in a timely fashion • Provide coaching, training and high level leadership to the team • Seek new and unique sales opportunities • Regularly review and adjust scripts for applicable market changes and continually update and coach agents Qualifications: • Strong ability to lead a team • One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred • Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor • Innovative with "out of the box" solutions • Strong organizational and planning skills Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 yearly
