Responsibilities: • Be the helping hand in preparing budgets • Give creative ideas for marketing purposes • Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends • Seek new and unique sales opportunities • Determine and implement attainable goals for agents through coaching and exceptional interpersonal skills Qualifications: • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Strong organizational and planning skills • Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor • Previous sales experience • One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 yearly
