    We are looking for an organized, full-time Real Estate Coordinator to join our real estate sales team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of seller and buyer transactions, preparing listing information, obtaining necessary signatures for listing agreements, and managing the MLS listings. In addition, you’ll coordinate showings for houses. Transaction processing ensuring that all deadlines are met, tracking is complete and communication is timely. The right candidate will be outgoing, organized, goal-driven, and results-oriented. A listing coordinator manages the real estate listing process to sell homes quickly. Responsibilities: • Gather all listing information including property photos, pre-listing materials, profile sheets, feature sheets, MLS research, floor plans, and updated pricing • Forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance • Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately • Accompany showings • Acquire the necessary signatures for each listing agreement, sellers’ disclosures, and other required documentation • Arrange all buyers’ showings • Assist with Buyer transaction processing including setting up the file properly for tracking and reporting • Communicating on all needed items for the transaction • Ensure all outstanding items are addressed and reported to lead • Provide exceptional "above and beyond" service Qualifications: • Our ideal candidate can operate with a high level of professionalism and juggle multiple listings efficiently, all while staying focused and helping others with a smile • Reliable transportation • Currently has or pursuing a real estate license • Prior experience in the Real Estate industry and transaction coordination • Has computer skills and is proficient with MLS, app files, and Excel • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Thrives on providing excellent customer service • The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting • High level of data entry skills • Maintains strict confidentiality • Work requires continuous attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines • Be able to handle multiple priorities • Extremely well-organized and detail-oriented Compensation: $22 - $24 hourly DOE
