This position requires marketing, customer service, operations, and sales accountability. Responsibilities: Oversee all new community launches and develop campaigns and signage to entice potential buyers Make sure all company materials are accurate and relevant in accordance to company compliance policies Maintain website and tracking analytics assuring that content is consistently updated Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion that are timely and effective Develop agency team events and then promote on social media channels • General customer service • Marketing including, updating websites, online listings, social media, creating fliers, mailers, and videos. • Create and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, and lead follow-up. • Oversee all aspects of the real estate transaction from initial contact to follow up after the sale including but not limited to, scheduling, pre listing process, open houses, photography and showings, marketing materials, MLS input, etc. • Hold agents accountable for specified activities. • Organize events • Deliver marketing materials Qualifications: Expert in forward design concepts 2+ years of experience in Marketing Strong communication skills both verbal and written are a must B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related major required Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions • Positive attitude • Strong computer skills • Detail Oriented • Organized and strong systems builder • Team Player • Honest, straight-forward, ethical • Problem Solver • Excellent phone skills • Logical Thinker • Fact and Task Oriented • Strong social skills • Strong communicator • Strong at directing the process • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments • Cares about people and consistently provides a world class experience • Must have driver’s license Compensation: $13 - $17 hourly
