Job Description
We are seeking a Inside B2B Sales Representative to conduct lead follow-up and sell & secure new customer service agreements and new industrial measurement products via phone/email, in Northern California. If you are a self starter, goal oriented with strong competitor & winning traits, and an outgoing personality, we want to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to all leads within 2 business hours
- Create/organize target account list and executed phone and email sales to these targets
- Work independently to prospect and contact potential customers. This position requires phone and email cold calling with repetitive sales contacts
- Present and sell company inspection services to new customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets
- Generate leads for weighing equipment sales to Region Account Managers
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Maintain schedule, contact history, & sales pipeline in our CRM, and update management on an ongoing basis
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Tele-sales experience to industrial customers
- Strong verbal and presentation skills - enjoys phone, video, social media, and email interaction with new prospective customer contacts
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Experience in the industrial supply industry a plus
- Previous experience in field service sales a plus
- Military vets preferred
Incentive based compensation program. Compensation commensurate with experience
