    Michigan Auto Law, Michigan’s premier plaintiff’s personal injury law firm, is looking for dedicated Litigation Associate Attorneys to join our elite litigation teams. A successful candidate must have a passion for helping people and demonstrate exceptional emotional intelligence. Qualifying experience includes 1-5 years of litigation (auto negligence preferred), remarkable writing and oral advocacy skills, exceptional time management, and organizational abilities. Responsibilities include daily communication and counseling of clients, researching and writing, reviewing records, taking and defending depositions, writing and responding to written discovery materials and motions, trial preparations, and otherwise assisting senior counsel in all aspects of case management from intake to settlement. Compensation commensurate with experience. Currently accepting candidates for our Farmington Hills and Grand Rapids locations. Responsibilities: • Review, draft, and revise legal documents such as briefs, complaints, settlement agreements, and contracts • Research relevant laws, regulations, and precedents regarding complex legal disputes • Analyze facts and evidence to formulate a plan for legal action • Offer clients guidance to address their legal difficulties • Represent clients at trials, arbitrations, hearings, and mediations Qualifications: • Must have at least 1-7 years of attorney experience • Must have passed the Bar Examination with a satisfactory score • Must have US Work Authorization • Must possess excellent research and writing skills • Must have litigation experience
