    An excellent opportunity is open for a motivated Associate Attorney to join our busy team in a high-volume plaintiff personal injury law firm. To be successful in this role, a qualified candidate is required to demonstrate excellent ability in writing and advocacy, as well as excellent time management with strong organizational and prioritization abilities. The role requires supporting a senior attorney with all pre-litigation and litigation tasks with duties such as composing case evaluation/facilitation summaries, responding to written discovery, making medical record requests, summarizing records, preparing for trial, and dealing with PIP matters and lien issues. In addition, this role requires frequent communication with clients. 1-7 years of experience in the above tasks is preferred. Responsibilities: • Review, draft, and revise legal documents, including briefs, complaints, motions, settlement agreements, and contracts • Conduct research on applicable laws, regulations, and precedents for complex legal conflicts • Analyze presented facts and evidence for legal cases, and develop action plans for litigation • Provide case strategy advice to clients to address their legal issues • Represent clients at hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials Qualifications: • Attorney Experience of at least 1-7 yrs • Passed Bar Examination with a satisfactory score • US Work Authorization and • Excellent research and writing skills
