Responsibilities: • Develop individualized treatment plans with clients, families, and other involved parties to address mental health diagnoses • Provide therapy both in-person and remotely, typically occurring in 50+ minute sessions • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed • Document client progress in medical records and provide reports to other medical staff as needed • Facilitate referrals to other mental health professionals or external resources as necessary • Attend our weekly meeting to collaborate, support, and connect with the team Qualifications: • Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field • Licensed or eligible to be licensed in Michigan as an LMSW, LLPC, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist, LLMFT, LMFT • 3+ years of professional experience in therapy • Proven clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly
