Micro Auto Paint & Supplies, Inc. is a leader in the automotive paint and paint products industry. We have 9 locations in MI, OH and IL. We are seeking a Salesperson to join our team! This sales position is for our Grandville, MI location on the west side of the state and includes the greater Grand Rapids area. Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell BASF products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Qualifications:
- Two years previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must be at least years old to be added to our auto insurance policy
- Must have a good driving record and be able to pass a physical and drug test
