RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience. We are looking for a higher level candidate for this position. Check out our Help Desk position for an Entry Level position.
Must live within 45 miles of Warren, OH.
Experience in Windows Server and/or VMWare required.
A broadband Internet connection at home.
Must have reliable transportation.
Flexible hours (availability) and the ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience supporting Microsoft Office
Experience supporting Windows 7 Professional & Enterprise and higher versions
Experience using a PSA tool, such as AutoTask, ConnectWise, TigerPaw
Experience using an RMM tool, such as Continuum, Zenith, Kasaya, N-Able, GFI Max, LabTech
Experience with designing, configuring, troubleshooting, and installing Hyper-V and VMWare server environments.
Experience with configuring, troubleshooting, and deploying Windows Server Roles (AD DS, DNS, DHCP, RDS, etc.) in single site and multiple site topologies.
Experience with designing, configuring, troubleshooting, and installing virtual environments for SMB and Enterprise level sites.
Experience with designing, configuring, troubleshooting, and deploying Group Policy.
Experience with upgrading Windows Server Operating Systems, migrating roles, and configuring server performance.
Experience with implementing multi-phase projects.
Willingness to obtain vendor-based certifications (training provided) within 6 months of employment.
Microsoft Certifications – Preferred
VMWare Certifications - Preferred
Project Management Experience – Preferred
