    About the Company:

    Micro Quality Calibration was founded in 1978 and is an A2LA ISO/IEC 17025-2005 Accredited Metrology laboratory specializing in calibration, repair, testing, First Article inspection and sales (162 lines) of precision measurement and test instruments (both In-house and On-site). MQC continues to be on the forefront of the Metrology industry in capabilities / disciplines offered to its customers.

    Qualified candidates will meet the following job requirements:

    · Post High School education. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years previous experience handling executive matters in an administrative capacity.

    · Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written

    · Work well independently, as well as with a team. Collaborative style a plus 

    · Proven problem solving abilities with challenging deadlines and priorities

    · Maturity to handle multiple tasks and confidential issues/material, as well as communicate effectively with internal and external parties

    · Excel under pressure and can maintain a calm demeanor at all times

    · Prepare reports and presentations

    · Must be organized and detail oriented

    · Polished, professional presence

    · Proven success interacting with all kinds of personalities

    · Paying attention to details while producing error free work product

    · Ability to meet deadlines

     

    Duties Include:

    · Provide administrative support to President, CFO and Technical Director as needed.

    · Handle a variety of complex, sensitive and confidential data.

    · Have basic knowledge of Public Relations and/or marketing

    · Manage multiple calendars

    • Manage the CFO's Email Inbox

    · Organize team meetings / Take minutes when needed

    · Proactively plan and facilitate team offsite events on as needed basis

    · Arrange travel and manage expense reports

    · Answer correspondence and redirect as needed to teams
