Job Description

We are seeking to add an Industrial Recruiter to our team in our Georgia office, fast paced environment, bonuses, uncapped commissions

Will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates for roles such as assemblers, machine operators, technicians, machinists, shippers, receivers, forklift operators and many other light industrial roles

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board and train new employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Accurately maintain employee files

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• AS or BS Degree desired
