POSITION SUMMARY:

The Recruiter will identify talent sources to create a pool of specialized candidates. This position will service MTSG clients by providing quality talent for open qualifying position within a Team Oriented, fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

· Learn and understand the needs and requirements for the open positions.

· Determine priority of orders based on client importance.

· Search and screen resumes and identify possible matches.

· Conduct and complete thorough phone screens.

· Interview prospective candidates adhering to EEOC, ADA, and Affirmative Action guidelines.

· Identify and present best candidates to qualifying positions.

· Check employment references and arrange for various types of pre-employment screening when necessary.

· Establish and arrange interviews between candidates and clients.

· Brief and debrief candidates for interviews.

· Follow-up with candidates, extending offers and managing offer process.

· Maintain thorough and accurate documentation on all client and associates.

· Maintain a data bank of qualified associates and prospective candidates to ensure company provides the highest possible quality and services.

· Develop recruiting resources through networking and online sources.

· Maintain a positive sales-driven and team-player attitude.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Associates or Bachelor’s Degree.

· Candidates must be proficient with the MS OFFICE Suite Programs.

· Excellent telephone etiquette is an absolute must.

· Possess a Sales-Oriented mindset, while maintaining Customer Service approach.

· Must be willing to learn and able identify sales opportunities.

· Candidates must be a flexible team-player.
