The initial engagement will require fully onsite work with Engineers and Business Specialists in a real-time development and maintenance mode. Regional candidates will be given priority (SC/NC/GA). This will be a hybrid role allowing the candidate the opportunity for partial remote work up to one day a week unless project needs dictate otherwise.

Candidate Location: Candidate MUST be a SC resident or willing to relocate to SC prior to starting the role at their own expense.

Required Skills

• 8+ Years of Development with MICROFOCUS Visual COBOL in Windows Server 2019/2022, batch and under IIS.
• 4+ Years Experience with Visual Studio 2019/2022 including the ability to use the debugger
• 4+ years of Application programming against RDBMS (Oracle, SQL).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, OR related discipline with 8 years of experience or minimum 10 years related experience without degree

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MICROFOCUS COBOL Version 7 and higher
• IIS Configuration/Setup
• Skilled in C# and .NET
• Ability to write complex queries using SQL for Oracle and MS SQL DB
