We are looking for a critical thinker who is willing to work in an innovative and fast-paced environment. This position will help support multiple departments and work closely with our SalesForce team to assist in bulk updates and data loading via DataLoader, campaign management, Service Cloud, and our growing SF Org needs.
We also will want someone willing to work one on one with the Sales Team to improve user adoption of SalesForce as well as SalesLoft (training and certification will be provided). The admin certification will be required to complete within the first 45 days to help optimize our ability to use SL analytics for our org data analytics.
The SF team works under the Business Analytics department, therefore our data accuracy is of utmost importance! The right candidate will have a passion for learning, elevating, and discovering solutions that are not always visible on the surface to help drive revenue. Minimum two years experience and complete understanding of SalesForce best practices and functionality (required)
Willingness to complete SalesLoft Admin e-Learning Certification Course - we will provide this training - prior knowledge of SalesLoft capabilities preferred but not required (training and future proficiency will be required)
Desire to elevate existing skills and knowledge to help the team and build your own resume
Salesforce Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified (preferred)
Experience:
Extensive knowledge with DataLoader for regular data uploads or updates on data
Collecting and managing campaign data and statistics with manual uploads and updates
History of Service Cloud use and/or implementation
Working knowledge of the SF Mobile App functionality
Dealing with SSO, two-factor authentication, and certificate problems
Expanding or refining sharing rules and access privileges so records can be properly viewed and manipulated (while keeping the “special records” locked or hidden altogether)
Fixing data records with record types or ownerships that make them inaccessible to users
Managing user accounts or resetting passwords due to user forgetfulness
Creating new user profiles and monitoring access levels
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Work closely with other SF admins, SF report specialist, and the sales team, as well as assist the SF manager as needed - daily communications via Slack/Teams, Asana, Email, Zoom, etc
Work daily on campaign management - our company has extensive campaigns and we use them to track event analytics closely
Assess the impact of new features on SalesForce and/or SalesLoft on our org
Import new leads and contacts as needed and assist admins with deduplication and manual v-lookups in Excel
Assist with basic administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields, and other routine tasks
Identify, install and maintain appropriate apps from the AppExchange as well as plan ahead for upgrades, seasonal releases, and long term projects
Run monthly database maintenance and SF Optimizer to suggest optimizations for the organization, including APEX tests, field utilization reports, roles by profile reports, and several others depending on the needs at the time
Address user issues as they arise - communicate issues to the appropriate department and work with admins to resolve the issue as soon as possible and prevent the issue in the future
Assist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization
Follow all organizational SOPs closely and effectively
