Microchip USA is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will help with the supply chain process. This includes tracking orders/shipments, resolving shipment stoppages at customs, and resolving tariff disputes with shipping providers. You will communicate with the operations team to ensure there is no halt to order fulfillment. Our ideal applicant has a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, an APICS certification, and two years of related experience; they also enjoy being around other team members in an office environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the MUSA operations team to ensure orders are tracked and fulfilled
• Assist with procurement as needed
• Track and update vendor performance for evaluation
• Create and process documentation as needed
• Assist with shipment stoppages at customs
• File and resolve disputes for tariff charges

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED certificate required
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field (preferred)
• APICS certification preferred (CPIM or CSCP)
• Supply chain experience (2-3 years preferred)
• Experience with CRM/SAP software
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Computer proficiency, particularly with spreadsheet programs (Excel or Numbers)
