    PURPOSE: Manage risk for the organization through successfully delivering on several risk-related activities.  These activities include but are not limited to UCC filings, Compliance Reviews, Complaints, Warranty Registrations, Collateral Management and other risk duties as assigned.  Roles may be specialized but cross-training across these activities is critical.

     

    DIMENSIONS:  Performance benchmarks shall be set annually by the Risk Operations Manager.

     

     

    PRINICIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

     

    • Oversee the assigned risk duties and effectively complete the requirements with minimized error rates assign by activity. 
    • Understand end-to-end risk operations area and cross-train over time to learn each function as assigned.    
    • Clearly understand and meet all compliance requirements as well as state regulatory requirements. 
    • Maintain reporting on risk metrics related to all risk activities.
    • Fully document all processes and procedures.
    • Participate in daily huddles, weekly meetings and be able to work as a part of a team with peers and leadership within the organization.
    • Foster a self-managed team environment.
    • Assist with Call Volume as needed.
    • Other duties as assigned.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    • Prior risk-related operations experience preferred
    • Proven time management and organization skills
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to make quick decisions based on limited information
    • Excellent communication skills and professional approach
    • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
    • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
    • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
    • 2–4-year Degree is preferred.
