Northeast Regional Sales Representative

Micrologic is seeking a qualified, creative, and self-motivated Regional Sales Representative to add to our team of dedicated, trusted, experienced & professional personnel. The Northeast Regional Sales Representative will be an integral part of the Sales Team, responsible for soliciting new customers, promoting, and selling our Car Wash Payment and Point of Sale (POS) Revenue Management Systems in PA, NJ, NY, DE, VA, WV, MD, NH, MA, and VT. Candidates must live in this territory (no relocation package included) and must be willing to travel locally and regionally to demonstrate products and services. A reasonable amount of computer and car wash knowledge is needed. Essential Job Functions Include : * Learning and demonstrating competency in all Micrologic products and services * Developing sales leads with a combination of cold calling and in-person visits * Following up on all potential leads * Providing client demonstrations for all Micrologic products and services and answering questions * Working with the Sales Team and other Micrologic teams to ensure all clients receive top notch service * Attending tradeshows and networking events as needed Skills & Knowledge : * Education: Technical Degree or above * Prior outside sales experience required * Reasonable experience with computers and Car Wash operations * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work self directed and deliver results * Experience with Microsoft Office and G-Suite products * Must posses a valid driver's license, clean DMV driving record, and have proper vehicle insurance & be willing to travel within the territory region and occasionally to the main office in NJ * Professional Approach to Handle In-Person or Telephone Cold Call Solicitations to Seek Leads * Have an Outgoing and Positive Attitude * Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and CRM Experience * Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Compensation: * Base wage + commission * Salary is commensurate with experience. * Benefits are available after 90 days of employment.
