Role Overview**

We are looking for a reliable Field Operations Specialist to manage our network of micromobility stations. This is a 100% field-based role designed for someone who enjoys being active, outdoors, and on the move. You will be responsible for the physical health and "rentability" of our fleet across all station locations.

Where You'll Work

This is a dynamic, field-based role. Rather than working from a fixed office, you will travel a defined route among our partner stations during your shift. Your primary responsibility is to ensure all stations within your assigned territory consistently meet our operational standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Station Check-ins: Visit our dedicated partner stations on a set schedule to ensure the area is tidy and vehicles are clean.
• Safety Checks: Perform basic maintenance (tire pressure, brake adjustments, and safety "sanity checks") to keep the fleet in top shape.
• Tech Support: Use our internal app to check battery levels, run "rentability" tests, and handle simple digital updates.
• Field Logistics: Move vehicles back to their "home" stations if they are left nearby and ensure they are docked correctly for charging.
• Inventory: Report accurate inventory for each station
• Communication: Be a great communicator and share progress and reports on bikes and stations statuses.

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour (Based on experience).
• Predictable Growth: Starting as a part-time role with a clear path to full-time as we expand our SF footprint.
