Job Description: Microsoft 365 Engineer
Location: 100% Remote (Must work on PST)
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Pay Rate Range: $66.67/hr to $80/hr
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Microsoft 365 services, the Power Platform, and related technologies. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft 365 solutions while troubleshooting complex issues, optimizing performance, and integrating systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Power Platform solutions (Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate).
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Microsoft 365 services and Power Platform solutions.
Integrate and customize Microsoft 365 services with other applications such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure.
Create and maintain detailed documentation and best practices for Microsoft 365 services.
Manage Microsoft 365 tenants, domains, subscriptions, and Power Platform solutions.
Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and health of Microsoft 365 services.
Implement and manage hybrid scenarios that integrate Microsoft 365 with on-premises systems.
Develop and deploy custom applications, workflows, and chatbots using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
Provide guidance and support to Power Platform developers and users.
Qualifications:
Extensive IT engineering and administration experience, preferably with Microsoft technologies.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Active Directory and Azure AD Connect.
Proficiency in PowerShell and other scripting languages for automation and customization.
Advanced Microsoft Power Platform skills, including AI Builder, custom connectors, and complex data operations.
Strong development experience with canvas and model-driven apps, including offline capabilities and custom UI/UX design.
Expertise in data modeling and management with Microsoft Dataverse.
Strong programming skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) for custom development.
Experience with Sharegate is a plus.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
