    Job description

    About the Role: Were looking for a talented and collaborative Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 Developer with Python skills to help build a modern, powerful enterprise content management system (CMS). This is a hands-on development role ideal for someone with strong back-end experience in Python and Django. You’ll work on a fast-growing project, contributing features, fixing bugs, and writing tests. The stack includes Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, Django (Python) on the back end, Angular on the front end, and Azure Kubernetes (AKS) for deployment.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

    Overall 5+ years of experience in Azure, Dynamics 365

    Must possess currently active at least two of the three Microsoft Certifications MB-820, PL-400, PL-600.

    Proficiency in Python, particularly with the Django framework.

    Experience contributing to open-source projects (public GitHub/GitLab profile is a plus).

    Solid understanding of web development, including: Back-end: Python, Django, RESTful APIs; Front-end: Angular, TypeScript, HTML/CSS and Deployment: AKS

    Development experience and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

    Build and maintain Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate flows

    Familiarity with Docker and containerized application workflows.

    Knowledge of software testing and code quality practices (unit testing, formatting tools, pre-commit hooks).

    Understanding of document management system modules such as OCR, document parsing, categorization, workflow automation and APIs data integrations.

    Strong communication and collaboration skills—comfortable working in a distributed, community-driven environment.

    Experience with GitHub Actions or other CI/CD systems

    Familiarity with open sources like Paperless-ngx or similar CMS tools would be an addition
