Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) modules (Sales, Service, etc.)
- Hands-on expertise in:
- C#, .NET, Dataverse plug-ins, Custom APIs
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience with Dataverse customization (entities, forms, views, relationships)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS for UI customization
- Experience in system integrations using REST/OData and Azure services
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of security models and role-based access
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom solutions in Dynamics 365 (CE) using Dataverse
- Build and extend applications using:
- Model-driven apps & Canvas apps
- Power Automate workflows
- Develop server-side components such as:
- Plug-ins, Custom APIs, and workflows using C#, .NET
- Implement client-side customizations using JavaScript and D365 Client APIs
- Integrate D365 with external systems using:
- REST / OData APIs
- Azure services (Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps)
- Configure business logic, security roles, and business rules
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Follow Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and governance best practices
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
