    Job Description

    About TAS

Technology Alliance Solutions, Inc. (TAS) is a modern consulting and technology services firm that helps organizations transform how they manage customers, data, and operations.

We specialize in unifying CRM, ERP, marketing automation, and cloud systems into a cohesive, scalable digital ecosystem. Our team delivers enterprise-grade clarity, discipline, and execution—empowering businesses and public-sector agencies to modernize confidently and achieve measurable outcomes.

TAS operates at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and delivery. We combine deep platform expertise with the rigor of an enterprise consulting practice to design solutions that eliminate fragmentation, strengthen operational workflows, and support long-term digital transformation across enterprise, state, and federal organizations.

    Role Overview

TAS is seeking a QA Analyst to lead test execution, validation, and acceptance readiness for a high-visibility CRM and case-management modernization initiative supporting a Texas state agency.

This role is responsible for ensuring delivered functionality meets documented requirements, quality standards, accessibility mandates, and public-sector acceptance criteria. The QA Analyst plays a critical role in validating configuration-first implementations, integrations, and historical data transitions prior to production release.

The QA Analyst works closely with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Senior and Junior Developers, and delivery leadership to ensure defects are identified early, documented clearly, and resolved efficiently. This role is essential to maintaining delivery quality, auditability, and stakeholder confidence.

This is a full-time, fully remote role, operating within an onshore delivery model.

    Key Responsibilities

Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT-support testing for CRM and case-management solutions

Validate system behavior against documented requirements, acceptance criteria, and traceability artifacts

Collaborate with the Business Analyst to ensure test cases align with the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)

Validate configuration-first implementations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service

Execute testing and validation for integrations with Indigov/GovDelivery and DIR telephony platforms

Validate legacy data transitions, including reconciliation and accuracy of historical records dating back to 2002

Perform formal accessibility testing to validate compliance with Texas Administrative Code (TAC) §213 and Section 508 accessibility standards

Prepare and maintain formal acceptance evidence required for state sign-off on project deliverables

Document defects clearly and consistently, including reproduction steps, severity, and expected outcomes

Use Azure DevOps (ADO) as the mandated system of record for test case management, defect tracking, execution results, and acceptance evidence

Support sprint testing activities and participate in Agile ceremonies as required

Coordinate UAT support activities, including test execution support and issue triage

Produce and maintain test plans, test cases, execution results, and validation artifacts suitable for audit and governance

Support release readiness and formal acceptance activities

    Required Skills & Experience

    U.S.-based candidate (onshore delivery requirement)

4–7+ years total QA / testing experience

2+ years testing CRM or enterprise business applications

Proven experience serving as a QA Analyst or Test Analyst on enterprise CRM or business application initiatives

Demonstrated experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service or similar CRM platforms

Strong understanding of functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT support

Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for test case creation, execution tracking, defect management, and acceptance evidence

Experience validating data migrations and historical data accuracy

Experience performing accessibility testing or supporting accessibility validation efforts

Experience working in Agile delivery environments

Strong attention to detail and documentation quality

Clear written and verbal communication skills

    Preferred Experience

Experience delivering solutions in state, federal, or public-sector environments

Familiarity with accessibility standards, audit readiness, and formal acceptance processes

Experience supporting large, highly visible CRM modernization initiatives

Public-sector experience is strongly desired, but not required.

    Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience)

Benefits: Full health benefits, PTO, 401(k), and a fully remote work environment

    How to Apply

If you are a detail-oriented QA professional who excels at formal validation, accessibility testing, and acceptance readiness—and who thrives in disciplined, public-sector delivery environments—we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
