Microsoft Trainer – Adoption & Change Management
Role Snapshot
As a Microsoft Trainer – Adoption & Change Management, you will lead hands-on training and enablement efforts that drive sustained adoption of Microsoft technologies. Success in this role is defined by confident users, consistent usage patterns, and measurable improvements in productivity and collaboration.
What You’ll Do
• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and onsite training focused on Microsoft 365 tools and modern user workflows
• Lead adoption and change management activities supporting new or evolving Microsoft capabilities
• Create and maintain training materials, job aids, and adoption guides for diverse user audiences
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to align training with change impacts and desired outcomes
• Reinforce new behaviors through office hours, follow-up sessions, and targeted enablement activities
• Support onboarding and rollout efforts to ensure consistent and sustained user adoption
• Track feedback, engagement, and adoption signals to continuously improve training and change approaches
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field
• 5–8 years of professional experience delivering training, enablement, or adoption support
• Demonstrated experience facilitating end-user training for both in-person and virtual audiences
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly guidance
• Comfort operating in Microsoft-centric environments, including Microsoft 365 tools
Preferred Qualifications
• U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain an Agency Public Trust clearance
• Microsoft Certified Trainer
• Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) or equivalent
• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) or Power BI Data Analyst Associate
• Experience supporting user adoption or organizational change initiatives
Work Model
Hybrid role with some travel to Danville, Virginia, as needed.
Home base will be RightSeat.AI HQ in Ashburn, Virginia, and/or remote from home after 90 days.
