  • Responsibilities

    This individual will be managing & programming multiple complex projects.

    This includes:

    1. Entering projects into the facility using proper order entry procedures

    2. Processing variable test and live data for RR Donnelley 1099/W-2 Compliance tax form customers. The customer-input file will be formatted and processed through software packages developed by RR Donnelley and other financial vendor software.

    3. Responsible for project management, customer service, order pricing, programming, project invoicing and project review for following year.

    MUST MAINTAIN HIGH LEVEL OF MOTIVATION THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROJECT.

     

     

    Required Skills

     

     

    • Junior or Senior with a MIS Major or CS Major PREFERRED (or other Business Major)
    • Experience in 1 high level programming language HELPFUL (Basic, C, C++, COBOL, Java, PERL, UNIX, SQL)
    • Intern must be flexible and adaptable and willing to accept responsibility & assignments
    • Strong computer aptitude, with strong ability to learn new software packages
    • Customer service skills REQUIRED
    • Must be self-motivated and able to work overtime as needed
    • Must be able to work in a team environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Organizational and problem solving skills
    • Ability to work well under stressful situations
    • Other programming experience helpful
