Our team currently operates out of eight locations across Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. These eight locations provide superior sales, service, and parts to many of the nation’s top heavy equipment brands. AS A SERVICE COORDINATOR, YOU WILL:

• Document customer complaints; develop and prepare accurate job cards.
• Create and verify customer demographics, equipment and technical information; capture specific data using required service tools; and identify work to be done.
• Work closely with the service department to schedule diagnostics when needed.
• Assist Service Manager with daily functions.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma required.
• Two years of customer service experience in the automotive or heavy equipment dealer.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including reports, memos, letters, e-mails, calls, meetings, and presentations.
• MS Word, Excel, NDS computer skills preferred
• Valid State Driver's License

Founded in 1985 by Rich Hood, Mid-Atlantic Waste Systems began in a modest office in Centreville, Maryland. Together with his wife, who was his first office manager and bookkeeper, Rich moved their office to Easton, Maryland in 1988, which subsequently became the Corporate headquarters location. In 1993, the Company opened an additional facility in Clinton, MD and continued a pattern of growth from that point on. Today, Mid-Atlantic Waste serves customers with (7) seven fully staffed service locations in the Mid-Atlantic region.
