Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience in family and divorce law. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, experience handling contested high-networth divorce cases and family law matters, and a client-centered approach to representation. We are looking for an attorney who is passionate about litigation but possesses strong skills in negotiating amicable resolutions of clients' matters. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Independently manage a caseload of divorce, custody, child support, and spousal support, and equitable distribution matters. • Conduct client consultations, legal research, and case strategy development. • Draft and review pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and pre/post-nuptial agreements. • Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and mediation sessions. • Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively in contested matters. • Collaborate with partners and other team members to ensure successful case outcomes. • Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout their case. Qualifications: Qualifications: • J.D. or L.L.M. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in New York. • 3-6 years of experience handling family and matrimonial law matters in NYC Law Firm. • Strong litigation and courtroom advocacy skills. • Excellent writing, negotiation, and case management abilities. • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team. • Compassionate and client-focused approach to family law matters. Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000
