    Well-established and highly respected Plaintiff's personal injury law firm seeks a mid-level litigation associate to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience and will have prior personal injury litigation experience, be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar, and be capable of managing their own docket of cases from intake through trial or settlement. Responsibilities: • Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, from case inspection through trial, including pre-suit evaluation, drafting complaints, pleadings, discovery, motions, taking depositions, mediation, and trial experience. • Manage a full caseload. • Draft and argue dispositive motions, attend court hearings, and participate in depositions and mediation. • Conduct legal research and draft high-quality legal memoranda. • Collaborate closely with firm partners, paralegals, and staff in all aspects of case strategy and client advocacy. Qualifications: • Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar. • 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience required. • Experience in both state and federal courts preferred. • Maritime law experience is a plus. • Prior federal clerkship experience , law review , or graduation from a top-tier law school or national law firm is strongly encouraged and will be favorably considered. • Strong oral advocacy, legal writing, and research skills are essential. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and commitment to client service. Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience and includes performance-based incentives and a bonus package. Compensation: 135,000+
