Role Overview: As our Digital Marketing Strategist, you will collaborate directly with the Manager of Digital Marketing & E-Commerce to create and implement data-driven marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive revenue growth. This role demands 5+ years of digital marketing experience and a deep understanding of B2C e-commerce strategies. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies aimed at increasing website traffic, revenue, and overall ROI • Create and manage effective email marketing strategies, including segmentation and targeting • Build and implement drip and segmented email campaigns to maximize customer lifetime value and retention • Support marketplace marketing efforts (Amazon, Etsy, Wayfair, Walmart, etc.) to drive revenue and ROI • Oversee the Google Ads agency relationship and ensure a 5.5+ ROAS • Collaborate with internal teams or agencies on Paid Social and Affiliate/Influencer marketing initiatives • Continuously analyze and optimize KPIs across all marketing channels using Google Analytics • Coordinate with external partners and vendors on strategy development, budget management, reporting, optimization, and testing Qualifications: Must-Have Experience: • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years of B2C e-commerce marketing in an agency or similar multi-brand role • Proven track record in developing and executing targeted email marketing campaigns • Expertise in driving targeted, converting traffic to e-commerce websites • Successful experience in customer segmentation and paid social campaigns • Proficiency with Google Analytics to track, analyze, and improve performance • Strong ability to measure, track, and collaborate with remote teams • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives • Detail-oriented with a strong results-driven mindset and personal initiative Educational Requirements: • Bachelor’s or higher degree in digital marketing, internet marketing, or a related field Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
