Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Employment Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our litigation practice, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of employment law matters, including discrimination cases, restrictive covenant issues, and other complex litigation.
Responsibilities:
• Handle cases independently, including drafting and responding to pleadings, managing discovery, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and participating in mediations and trials
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve successful outcomes for clients
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of employment law issues, including recent developments and trends
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide excellent client service and support
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in labor and employment law, with a focus on litigation
• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission to the Texas Bar
• Excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
