Position Summary
The Product Analyst will be supporting the working on the cloud integration from Midas to CarePort, including providing support to case managers.
Responsibilities
- Create the design, development, configuration, customization and support of software related to Case Management for HCA.
- Responsible for partnering with developers, technicians, analysts, and business process experts on strategic programs, projects, and activities to support the Case Management and Utilization Review teams.
- Develops positive relationships with business and technology stakeholders. Manages multiple development projects at a time independently or part of a larger team.
- Provides production support for Case Management and Utilization Review products.
- Ensures repeatable processes are documented and adheres to HCA design and development standards to complete the Case Management and Utilization Review roadmap throughout the company.
- Provides on call production support as needed.
- Coaches, mentors and develops junior team members.
Requirements
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Hands on experience with system integration (API design/build, data conversion) using various integration tools (e.g., Cloverleaf, Waterpark….)
- Familiarity with healthcare data exchange concepts and applying HCA integration standards.
- Experience troubleshooting integration issues in large corporate environment.
- Ability to work with non-technical end users to resolve issues through in person, phone, email or web conference
